Taking up the Torch: Inspirational school assemblies and civic meetings.

Virtually stunned-silent student audiences characterize Bruce’s school assemblies. As he tells the stories of courageous students he worked with in the aftermath of the Columbine High School massacre, one can hardly see a dry eye in the student body. He challenges students to rise to the higher call of integrity, character and compassion in their lives by serving others. “I stand among the giants of the land…” he often tells students; “Each of you represent virtually unlimited potential for greatness in this world!  What will be YOUR legacy?  Will you rise to the call, or waste the gift that is you and thereby rob the world of what you can contribute?”

Using multi-media and PowerPoint, Bruce tells amazing and untold stories of Columbine, highlighting the lives and many examples of heroism among those who lived and died, and who left behind a legacy of care and sincere concern for their fellow students. In past assemblies, many students are moved to action as they glimpse a greater vision for themselves, their fellow students and their school. Standing ovation, after standing ovation from tearful students and teachers bring home the impact and lasting value of Bruce's assemblies. Many reports come in from teachers and administrators afterward of a new spirit and enthusiasm among the student bodies!

The Awesome Power of Volunteerism: How to unleash your talents and gifts.

Are you simply giving to live, or living to give? This program inspires audiences to a paradigm that life is an incredibly valuable gift to each person, and true joy comes only when we "live to give" instead of merely giving what we have to in order to merely live. Bruce shares the secret of true success, and people who live in such a way that the world around them could never sufficiently repay them for the value they bring to everyone around them. This program is perfect for boosting the morale of people serving in non-profit organizations, and can be tailored as a keynote address at an awards banquet or convention. People are energized and motivated as they hear the many stories of volunteer heroes, and the impact they are making in their world.

Responders in an Age of Terror: Aggressive compassion that stares down fear.

This is a powerful message directed toward responding agencies such as fire departments, emergency medical, police and disaster response agencies. Sharing his experiences as a volunteer firefighter, responder at ground zero after the World Trade Center attack on 9-11, the crash of American Airlines flight 587 which crashed in Rockaway Beach, New York two months after the collapse of the World Trade Towers, and numerous other crisis events, Bruce presents an honoring and powerfully motivating message to responders. The civilian population has little awareness of the unique stresses encountered by first responders, but Bruce speaks as an insider with a powerful message of encouragement, invigorating the morale and motivation, and spotlighting the value and honor that only those who serve can fully understand. This is a perfect message for graduation exercises, promotions, and significant anniversaries within departments when "the brethren" remember fallen comrades, and wish to honor their memory and family members.

Out of Tragedy - Victory!: The ability to bounce back from adversity.

Into each life, some rain will fall... While it is true that problems and tragedies come to each person, they are NOT the final word! Sharing personal experiences, and those of others he has encountered and sought to help, Bruce has learned some principles that will put tools into the "toolbox of life," enabling people to bounce back and step into even greater realms of passion for life and effectiveness. Although a person may fall several times, and fail, there is yet another new day, another dawn coming that gives hope for new opportunity and possibility. There is no good reason why anyone should "pop the cork on the self-pity bottle" and stay "under the circumstances!"

Standing with Israel : Keeping faith with the Jewish people to live securely within their historical homeland.

Presenting a powerful, compelling and thought-provoking program that will bring clarity and historical perspective to the Middle East conflict, Bruce speaks from experience, having traveling throughout Israel over the past twenty-five years, and living briefly with his family in Jerusalem and studying Hebrew. He presents a scholarly and well-documented case for the rights of the Jewish people to live in peace and security within internationally recognized borders. Never one to stand on the fence, he exposes the true agenda of radical fundamentalist Islam, and their goal of destroying the Jewish state and slaughtering the Jewish people. As one who has seen up close and personal the effect of Islamic terrorism against innocent men, women and children not only in Israel, but also in New York after 9-11, he shares a unique perspective that will cause audiences to stand up and cheer. Controversial? Without a doubt, but never with an aim to stir up more hatred in an already hate-filled world. Rather, Bruce motivates the audience to pro-active action to educate, inform, and seek a win-win outcome!

Bruce is also the Producer of a new documentary titled, Quest for the Hero Heart.  (Click to learn more) Using video footage he shot at ground zero, as well as professional footage he captured in Israel, audiences are gripped by the powerful stories of real-life heroes in the battle against Islamic terrorism. The video includes interviews he did with two of the widows of fallen FDNY firefighters who died while rescuing thousands of people from the Twin Towers before they collapsed. You will hear Israeli policemen, firefighters, medics, doctors, psychologists and civilian terror victims tell their stories, and share their thoughts about America's own tragedy on 9-11.
